Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Corporate Accounts

All corporate clients are invoiced at the end of each calendar month. Payment must be made within seven (7) days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a penalty charge. Continued late payment may result in a temporary hold on new bookings until the balance is cleared.

2. Standard Clients (Non-Account Bookings)

For all standard clients, invoices are issued upon completion of the booking. Payment is due within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice. Failure to make payment within this period may result in additional administrative charges and may affect future bookings.

3. General Terms

All payments should be made via bank transfer or another approved payment method as stated on the invoice. Invoices not disputed within 48 hours of receipt will be deemed accepted. Travel in Style Private Hire Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected parties. By engaging our services, clients and partners agree to abide by these payment terms and conditions.
